CREATION of the MAN

Attention! It contains the important remarks to the assumption of a degree and character of participation of the inhabitants of the submicroworld in creation of the man.

Let's consider two, on the first sight rather remote of an example of processes on occurrence of material systems.

1 Cities on the Earth either arise spontaneously, or are specially created. In a line of cases of city arise actually spontaneously during ability to live of the people, for example, on a crossroads of roads connecting regions to different kinds of the made goods. In other cases of city are created for the decision of concrete tasks of regions, for example, on a place of the future operation of a petroleum deposit. But general result is the occurrence of material system having some (but not all necessary) characteristics of living object. This object arises or creates for the people.  There is a hope, that the degree of unification of cities on the Earth does not become excessive,   though some features of their infrastructure become approximately similar already now. This infrastructure, in particular, is determined by an arrangement of cities on a surface of the Earth and influences a network of the communications between them.

2 Reasons of occurrence of nucleons, basic elementary particles of a matter of our gradation, as a result of development of the concept, stated on the present site, became finally revealed. They, as well as cities arising on cross roads, arise spontaneously and naturally on crossroads of tracts, going with different directions, for an exchange various taking place on them by contents. The processes of an exchange of various objects and information are a basis of material interaction in a nature. About any artificial creation of nucleons (or of muons) the inhabitants of the submicroworld can not be and speech. Their structure is not casual in any degrees and is entirely determined by functions in a nature. The analysis of functions of the man for performance of his applicability in development of the universe gives the bases to assume, that in the basic features his structure nor is casual. She was formed at natural selection in conditions of development of animals on the Earth at its gravitation and requirements to influence on subjects. However, in small limits, some correction of the spontaneously arisen image of the future kind capable to give a beginning of a new cycle of development by the universe is supposed. The necessity of such correction is explained to that for stability of any cyclic development, objects the determining cycles, should be similar sufficiently.

 About that is impossible directly to operate the indefinitely developing universe in view of increase of quantity of the information and time of a feedback clearly to everyone (hypothesis about an opportunity of distribution of signals faster than speed of light in the stated concept has no the bases for its acceptance even with small probability of plausibility). It means, that in the universe systems with independent management inevitably should be formed.  The differentiation of any material systems with increase of their complexity and sizes in general is inevitable. But by way of the represented concept the question consists only in that - " in what degree is necessary and the correction of directions of development space systems for the reasonable inhabitants of the submicroworld " is possible. Is naturally necessary, if the inhabitants of the submicroworld realize necessity of maintenance of unity of the kind and will not wish his end owing to what or huge space accidents. Hence, after occurrence of the man (which for inhabitants of the submicroworld is huge space system), capable it is essential to interfere with natural processes, some correction of directions of his biological development and activity on the part of the reasonable inhabitants of the submicroworld  completely to exclude it is impossible.

Taking into account it is possible, even in general,   to try to answer for the following four questions:

• In what degree it is rational to the inhabitants of the submicroworld to correct biological development of the man?

• What concrete mechanisms the inhabitants of the submicroworld can use for correction of biological development of the man?

• In what degree it is rational to the inhabitants of the submicroworld to interfere with activity of the man?

• What concrete mechanisms the inhabitants of the submicroworld can use for intervention in his activity?
  
  The complex analysis of a situation, which in view of large volume I yet do not state, has resulted in the following answers:

• To correct biological development of the man follows in that minimal degree, which will supply a sufficient degree of his similarity in relation to them, appropriate to a degree of similarity of cycles of development of a matter in the universe;

• The basic mechanism are the minimally sufficient directed changes of hereditary molecules, which are fixed by natural selection dependent on environmental conditions;

• The inhabitants of the submicroworld do not need to interfere with activity of the man almost, as it is enough to them to make the man reasonable, having given his thirst of self-preservation, and the people cannot give what or information on the device and any attributes of the submicroworld - the man himself should receive it through a science and create (to create new objects and processes) only itself;

• It is possible, that at early stages of development of the man, in a part of his relation to public life, in an idea of some people the information from of the submicroworld was entered, that was noticed by the people and was qualified as a wonderful enlightenment.

   I specified the reason of natural inadmissibility of transfer of significant quantity of the information of the submicroworld for eternity of development of the universe in clause " the New data on revealing a cycle in development of the universe and increase of culture of the people at comprehension of a role of mankind in this development ". In this clause is shown, that the development of the universe in general is natural, and it is necessary carefully to investigate the contents of its phases in view of their reasons. To explain this development only by action of the law of preservation of a population of the reasonable inhabitants of the submicroworld or their will, which can by some readers be qualified as divine, it means - to leave from the further scientific researches of a nature.
