The determining influence of knowledge about the universe on mentality and culture of the man is underlined. Is marked, that now this knowledge the requiring study of physics, are difficultly accessible to broad masses of the people. On the basis of opening the special kind of splitting of masses of heavy elementary particles, the new concept of a structure of the microworld is submitted. Feature of this concept is the opportunity to consider the phenomena of physics in concepts of the world of our scale. At the same time, it has allowed to deepen researches of the microworld for limits of elementary particles, and to find out similarity of properties of elementary particles, properties of knots of the communications, assumed in the future, in Space at the certain phase of its development by a civilization of the reasonable subjects. On this basis the hypothesis about the contents of a cycle of the continuously developing universe from substance, invisible by us, of a matter of the previous gradation is developed. Besides the reasons of quantization of energy, essence of structure of nucleons and other objects of the microworld are revealed. The determining role of increase of a variety of objects of the universe is shown, that is a basis of all interactions in the material world. On this basis the nature of the world gravitational. Is shown, that is not necessary to expect, that the reasonable subjects occupying the submicroworld, are not interested to give us, people, it is a lot of the information, as it would break positive process in the following cycle of development of the universe. The unequivocal conclusion is done made that the man is called to create and to be distributed with minimization of destruction and dispersion. The man is obliged to increase a natural variety, but to keep unity of a biological kind of mankind.
The clearness of the received picture of development of the universe should promote comprehension by many people of the applicability in life, that can essentially raise culture of a community and create a reliable basis for general reconciliation, including various religious currents.
Is concluded, that the mankind in the development as can create a matter of new gradation from flows of space settlements in macrocosm, beginning thus following cycle in development of the universe.
