opening of the author " Laws of splitting of masses
of heavy elementary particles " was found out, that
their spectrum assumes presence of systems of stability
of the second kind, which are characteristic only for an
alive nature. On the other hand, the distant forecasting
of development of an infrastructure of a human
civilization in space has resulted in a conclusion, that
the ways of movement of space settlements should form
sites, the complex of which properties will be similar to
a complex of properties of heavy elementary
particles.These circumstances have formed the basis the
second hypothesis about presence of the previous
gradation of a matter and reasonable inhabitants
of the submicroworld, created highly advanced
civilization which has mastered space billions of years
back.

acceptance of this second hypothesis, which essence does
not contradict neither basic modern scientific paradigm,
nor works submitted in section to the SUMMARY of
SCIENTIFIC WORKS, shows, that it is expedient
to each man to be entered in development of the universe.
For this purpose it is necessary to create, to search for
true and to be distributed, supporting in it each other.
