Results of works begun from production of
direct questions: " Why nucleons borrow a leading position in substance? " and
" What reason of the world gravitational gravitation? " have resulted in
detection of a new kind of a cycle of development of the universe. The list of these works,
their sequence and mutual conditionality are submitted on the separate circuit. In the first phase of this cycle the reasonable
inhabitants of the submicroworld (as follows from the
developed concept) have begun to be settled in Space, mastering new and new stars. Between
areas of their life have begun to move chains from groups of space settlements (tracts). The inertia of movement of settlements has
created pressure resulting and to this day in expansion by the universe. The units

Driving force of development of the universe is a variety of
material systems (MS). Under physical processes, going with increasing entropy,

On the circuit the basic phases of a new kind of a cycle of
development of the universe are submitted. Let's consider this cycle from a phase of
