ROLE In THIS DEVELOPMENT
In
the report the question on search of the purpose of existence of
mankind is mentioned. The researches in this question
considering(examining) a space direction of development of a
civilization are known. At the same time, pays on itself
attention, that in works К.E. Ciolkovski two directions of search
- in the party экстраполирования of development
of a space civilization of mankind and in the party of research
of the reasons of development of a matter, in particular with
participation " of atoms of spirit " in the microworld
are shown. From the philosophical point of view the search in two
opposite directions is justified, as it is possible to expect
convergence of some parameters of similar phases (convergence of
extremes). However works by K.E. Ciolkovski had as base physics and
astronomy of his time not allowed to reveal similar phases.
In
work, represented to your attention, are used and profound modern
researches of the microworld, and results of work on distant
forecasting of development of a reasonable civilization in the
world of our gradation. Thus the work of the author " Law
splitting of masses of heavy elementary particles " is used
which was declared as opening in 1986. Its essence consists in
revealing that mass of heavy elementary particles has the basic
quantums with energy 43,9912 MeV and three kinds of auxiliary
quantums with energy, decreasing of proportionally cubic law.
This work has allowed to consider heavy elementary particles as
sites of flows filling Space, having added knowledge of their
structure.The analysis of possible structures of the revealed
sites appropriate to heavy elementary particles, has shown, that
they are similar to those structures, which are rational for the
communications in space space in case of its wide development by
a civilization of reasonable essences.

On this basis the cosmogonic hypothesis about a new kind of a
cycle in development of the universe, about concrete localization
of reasonable essences living in the submicroworld, and their
role in maintenance of a variety necessary for eternal
development by the universe is formulated. The conclusion about
possible determining participation of mankind is made during
expansion of a new phase of development of the universe at moving
mankind in space.
The
addition of knowledge about structure of elementary particles has
allowed to make the major conclusions: about absence of accident
of structure of nucleons, about essence of physical parameter
"mass" and about filling physical vacuum. The essence
of a number of other physical phenomena from positions of the
world of our gradation, including the bases of quantization of
energy of interaction of material systems and bases of the theory
of a relativity is specified. Thus, the new concept of creation
of the world is actually generated.
By it the large importance of development of space for
improvement of a society proves to be true. On this basis the
ideology of constructive alternative to the forecast of eternal
struggle of the people for a vital place on the Earth can be
ratified and the real philosophical base for reduction of the
contradictions between different religious currents creates which
before this time result in irreconcilability of communities of
the people reaching up to the armed conflicts. The positive
influence of the new concept of creation of the world on culture
of a society and mentality of the people is supposed. The
necessity of increase of expenses and public attention directed
on development of Space and for Russia and a human society of all
Earth proves to be true.
