This reference needed for revision of
notion "science" and is compelled therefore that as sciences quite often present
procedure of getting and spreading information, under which are not kept even following
conditions:
no quantitative evaluation of validity of all events in causal chain;
evaluation of measured values, does not be kept instructions of inaccuracy with satisfactory confidential probability;
reference chain to used work does not allow to find necessary information on preceding experiments and theoretical prospecting;
The sufficient interface of the entered concepts, parameters and information with scientific paradigm of knowledge or with popular for the people by feelings is not made.
The result of any work can be satisfactory from the scientific point of view, if it reliabilityand the risk from its acceptance to use corresponds to probable size of damage. For scientific works reliability of conclusions always can grow from a deepening and recurrence of researches.
Thus, determining criterion of scientific character of work is revealing a continuous circuit of the reasons and consequences of all phenomena at an opportunity of quantitative calculation of reliability of result and increase of this reliability by the certain way. Following this formulation it is possible considerably to reduce time to an estimation of utility of work and search of true in a flow of the information, which, in particular, represents us the Internet.
