It is not necessary to expect, that participating in creation us the reasonable inhabitants of the submicroworld, when or will allow to receive to us energy and information without any restrictions. The quantity of energy, which we can receive, will be always balanced with a measure created by us. The assistance of mankind to increase of entropy will have always resistance on the part of a Nature, as it does not correspond to necessary conditions for eternal existence of the universe. It is not necessary to exclude, that some small, but essential part of this resistance will be initiated by the reasonable inhabitants of the submicroworld. Business and information also is. We never can for nothing receive in plenties the information from a submicrospace civilization. It, basically, will come to receive by scientific searches. Receiving its gift, it is possible up to such degree to grow lazy what to lose ability to create. Therefore for development of mankind in the universe from the reasonable inhabitants of the submicroworld the information can not be large. By it is possible to explain a part of ancient legends.
