Vladimir Fedorovich Tolkachov was
born on August 21, 1926 in city Kromy of the Oryol area
of Russia in family forest warden and teacher. The beginnings to work in 1941 at first woodcutter, then grinder of the tool, then turner. With 1942 for 1945 worked on night, and in day time studied in the Moscow Optical technical school. Then studied at the Moscow State Technical university of a name Bauman. |
Since 1954, after ending university, continuously works in a research department of Scientifically industrial association "Energomash", where is engaged in development of means and methods for maintenance of measurements and emergency protection of rocket engines during them of tests. Under his management and direct participation more 150 electronic and electromagnetic devices are created. It is necessary to note, that the basis for work at this enterprise during half of century was the deep belief in inevitability of space development of mankind. It was convinced of it by results of independent works in the field of physics and space forecasting. Some results of these works, and also public offers and optimistic poetry here are submitted. There are bases to hope, that the people creating the future for the followers, will find in his publications materials for strengthening reliance in the forces.
